Disintegration is a film and multimedia project in development, co-produced and directed by Sean Patrick Shaul and Prairie Coast films. The film tells the story of Meg Sharpe, leader of iconic Vancouver punk band Housewife, who rose to fame in the early 90’s but vanished mysteriously and was presumed dead by age 25. Disintegration is a mock-documentary, comprised entirely of archival material - tv interviews, music videos, home video and trial footage - created by the filmmakers for the project.
