Kill Phil follows one migrant sweatshop worker’s epic quest to kill Phil Knight of the Nike corporation. The samurai one-act travels the globe in a frenzy, from Hattori Hanzo’s Japanese Steel unions to cryptic CIA headquarters; from decrepit factories in fictional Blumania to Nike headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Kill Phil is an adrenaline blast of sardonic comedy, political commentary and Tarantino-fueled mayhem.
The play was published in Briarpatch magazine in 2006
